About the Role

WGR Sports Radio 550, The Voice of the Fans is looking for energetic, engaging, and impactful full time Show Hosts to join our Audacy Buffalo team.

WGR Sports Radio 550 is a cornerstone of Buffalo's sports culture, serving as a central voice, connecting fans across Western New York while fostering a strong sense of community through live coverage, local discussion, and shared passion for the Bills and Sabres.

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $35,000.00/Yr.-$55,000.00/Yr..

Requirements

• Candidates must exude personality and not be afraid to have strong opinions as well as possess the ability to entertain in person.
• This unique individual should possess a strong media background and have a working knowledge of the local professional sports teams and their leagues.

Experience

• Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills.
• Must have working knowledge of studio audio equipment necessary for on-air execution.
• Knowledge of the format and audience required.
